the room was spacious. it had good facilities (i think this is important). the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the instant coffee in the room was not my favorite.

warm room helpful staff canal location spacious room
The room was warm, quiet, and decorated nicely! I found the staff cute and helpful. The location on the canal offered nice walks in the evenings. The beds were very good, and the room was clean and spacious.
The shower head in the room was a little naff, it wouldn't stay up, though everything else was spot on.

Staff members were friendly, and. I felt welcomed, and all my requests were handled efficiently. I think the team does a great job.

The room had all necessary amenities, from coffee to a hairdryer. I even needed extra towels, and staff brought them quickly! The bed felt very comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a long trip.

The bar and restaurant onsite added extra convenience to our stay! The restaurant offered a good variety of meals, and the breakfast was excellent. I think the facilities really enhance the visitor experience.

charmed by canalside comfort
canalside views summer weather great taste modern room
the hotel sits beautifully alongside the canal offering picturesque views i found a walkway leading directly into the city center and the beer garden was a lovely bonus especially with the summer weather i was able to relax outdoors. the breakfast had a wonderful taste offering a great start to my day the brisket hash was very nice. the room was modern and clean with comfortable furnishings
the welcome felt a little impersonal it could have been warmer and more engaging

the staff provided prompt service during breakfast in the pub i found them helpful with directions and local information and they served in a timely manner. generally the staff was efficient at handling requests .

the hotel is near the canal a peaceful area great for walks the canal path offers direct access to the city centre for convenient exploration. it is a quiet spot away from main road noise offering a relaxing environment.

the hotel features an enclosed beer garden that provides a safe space for families to enjoy the outdoors. the on site pub has a good selection of drinks and the menu offers a variety of tasty options and the breakfast was delicious.
